Prerequisites and License Information
Before installing ThinkCell, ensure you have a valid ThinkCell license key.
Note: Each company/business unit receives a single license key, which should not be shared outside the organization.
Downloading ThinkCell
1. Visit https://www.think-cell.com/download
2. Submit your email address to access the download page
3. Download the most recent version of the ThinkCell software
Installation Process
1. Locate the downloaded ThinkCell installer
2. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions
3. Complete the full installation process
License Activation
1. During installation, you'll be prompted to enter the license key
2. Copy and paste your unique license key into the license key dialog
3. If not prompted during installation, you can activate through the application's licensing section after installation
Verifying Installation
1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint
2. Check for ThinkCell features in the ribbon or add-ins section
3. Open Microsoft Excel
4. Confirm the ThinkCell add-in is visible and functioning in both applications
Troubleshooting
If the ThinkCell "Create" feature is not appearing in Excel or PowerPoint:
1. Verify you've downloaded the correct installer from the designated location
2. Ensure you've completed the full installation process
3. Double-check that you've entered the correct license key
4. Restart your Office applications after installation If issues persist, consider reinstalling the software following the steps above.
