Navigate to the help center.
You can access the help center through the Mowery Schoenfeld Bookmarks:
Click on "Submit a request"
If you're a Mowery & Schoenfeld employee (with an @msllc.com email address) then select "Continue with M&S SSO".
If you're a Wealth Management employee (with an @msllcwealth.com email address) then select "Continue with M&S Wealth SSO".
Once you've selected the appropriate SSO, sign in with your Microsoft credentials (your email address and then the password you use to sign into your laptop)
Select the relevant drop down:
If you need equipment, make sure that you request it by selecting "equipment request"
Otherwise, for general support, select "General Support Ticket"

What priority should my ticket be?
Fill out the subject, and description, and add any relevant attachments (like screenshots).
Make sure you select a priority for this request too.
To check the status of your requests, you can do so by selecting your name on the top right corner:
Then click on "Requests"
You'll be able to see all of your past and current tickets here as well as the status of them:
If you click on one of them to open it up, you can view responses and reply to tickets.
