- Navigate to the SafeSend website
- Click Continue with Office 365
- Log in with your Microsoft account (same password you use to sign into your laptop)
- After logging in for the first time, you'll be brought to a screen asking to Confirm User Details
- Click Send Request
- You should then be signed in successfully!
- Note about SSO Authentication: When using SafeSend's Single Sign-On (SSO), you will need to complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) each time you explicitly sign out. If you simply close the browser tab and return to the SafeSend website later, you may remain signed in without requiring immediate re-authentication.
- Using SafeSend without SSO: SafeSend does not enforce Single Sign-On. You can sign in using your regular password without being required to use SSO. If you're experiencing issues with SSO, you can request to have it removed from your account and continue using your standard login credentials.
- Frequent 2FA prompts with SSO: Single Sign-On (SSO) can sometimes introduce additional authentication steps, such as two-factor authentication, which may seem more cumbersome than your previous login method. If the SSO is causing inconvenience, you have the option to revert to your standard login process without SSO.
