How to manage voicemail settings

Open up ring central from your bookmarks:

Click Settings.

Click Phone

Click Call rules and voicemail

Click here/Where it says "all day":

Scroll down to where it says if no one answers

Click on the drop-down to choose "Send to voicemail" if not already chosen

Click the arrow to edit the voicemail

Change the default greeting:

Click phone, enter your phone number to have ringcentral call you on, press call now proceed with recording your greeting and follow the prompts. Then click done to save your greeting
