Insecure Download Blocked. Keep?

If you're trying to download a file, from Star, for example, and it's giving you an error message saying "Insecure Download Blocked", you can either press "Keep" to proceed with the download as a one time fix, or change the default so that stops happening.

To change the defaults to no longer warn you about this, follow these steps:

Inside of Google Chrome, in the address bar, type in chrome://flags and press enter

In the search box at the top, search for Warn on insecure downloads:

Click on the drop-down and select Disabled:

If you don't see that, you may need to search for Insecure origins treated as secure

Then you can enable that feature as well as add the website http://msstariis2019/StarPM to there

Then on the bottom right corner of your browser, it'll tell you to Relaunch, click on that to relaunch chrome and that should fix the issue.
