Setup Outlook & Teams on Cell Phone

Problem:

• I want to access my work calendar on my phone
• I want to add my work email to my cell phone (iPhone/Android)
• I want to check Teams messages or new emails on my phone

Solution:

• For Teams
  • Download Microsoft Teams (iPhone App || Android App)
  • Sign in with your work email and password
    • The password is the same one you use to sign into your laptop
• For Outlook
  • Download Microsoft Outlook (iPhone App || Android App)
  • Sign in with your work email and password
    • The password is the same one you use to sign into your laptop
  • Your work calendar should sync automatically when you add your work email account
  • If your calendar isn't showing up, check that you've:
    • Completed the full account setup process
    • Enabled calendar synchronization in the app settings
    • Granted all necessary permissions for calendar access
  • To add an additional mailbox to your Outlook, contact your IT support team
    • They will set up the additional mailbox for you
    • The mailbox may take up to an hour to fully sync
