Excel is opening to a blank worksheet / the workbook is black

Problem:

• I opened an Excel worksheet and it's blank/black
• I opened an excel worksheet from CCH Engagement and it's blank
• I opened a work paper / TB (Trial Balance) from CCH Engagement and it's blank
• 

Solution:

• Click on View
• Click Unhide
• You should now be able to see the worksheet:
