How to Change Citrix ShareFiles Notification
Note: The user must sign on to the website ms-llc.sharefiles.com and change the notification setting. See Fig. 1 and Fig. 2
Once you sign on to the website:
- Select settings
- Select Personal Setting and on the right side scroll down to Email Notification
- Select your preference with notification. Default should be In real-time

- Scroll down towards the bottom. You may select your time zone
- In order to set your changes, click on Save and sign out

Troubleshooting ShareFile Email Notifications
If you're not receiving ShareFile email notifications, try these steps:
- Verify your notification settings are correctly configured in ShareFile (follow the steps above)
- Check your spam or junk email folder
- Confirm with your IT department that no email filters are blocking the notifications
- Ensure your email address is up to date in the ShareFile system
