Signing into the Help Center in Teams

Open Microsoft Teams

You'll then see that Zendesk sent you a message. Click on that chat:

You'll see this message welcoming you to the Zendesk App and asking you to sign in. 

Click "Sign In"

You'll then see two messages pop up; click "Sign in" again:

You'll be prompted to sign in with your Microsoft account. Sign in with your email and password:

You'll then be greeted with a permissions screen. Select "Allow"

Once you see this screen, you can close that window:

Once you've completed signing in, click the three dots on the left sidebar

Right-click on "Zendesk" and select "Pin."

Now you'll have easy access to tickets inside of Teams:
