Are you receiving these pop ups when trying to open workpapers in CCH? Follow the steps below to fix 
- Close everything to related to CCH
- Open Excel

Click on the "File" tab --> Options --> Addin

Make sure "Excel Add-ins" is selected in the drop down and press "Go"

Select "EPace" and press "OK"
- Close Excel and then try opening the workpaper in CCH again.
- Workpaper should now open but if you encounter any other issues please reach out to the IT department by submitting a ticket.
Resolving 'Unlicensed' Error in CCH Excel Files
If you encounter an 'unlicensed' popup when loading a CCH Excel file, look for a sign-in area typically located in the bottom left corner of the popup. Click on this area and sign in with your credentials. This should resolve the licensing issue and allow you to access the file.
