Set Engagement on your laptop to be where your default Engagement profile resides. 

 

  1. Log into Engagement outside the server 

  1. Go to Tools -> User Profile 

  1. Change the default location to be your laptop name which is Computer Name 

  1. Hit OK 

  1. Try to do a conversion now.  Make sure you have the binders you want to convert in your local file room
