When the Save to GoFileRoom option is greyed out, this could be due to either a compatibility issue or temporary system issues. Occasionally, temporary system problems can prevent opening or saving files in GoFileRoom.
The GFR Add-in can also become disabled for various reasons, such as system updates, Excel settings changes, or temporary software conflicts. If you notice the GFR tab is missing in Excel, check the add-in options and re-enable the GFR Add-in if it has been turned off.
For example, .xlsb files are not supported with GFR which will cause an issue. To convert to the proper file extension, save the file to the computer as .xlsx file and then upload it to AdvanceFlow.
If you experience this problem, try these troubleshooting steps:
• Clear your browser cookies and cache
• Restart your browser
• Log out and log back in
• Ensure Adobe is properly installed, as it may be necessary for document interactions
• Restart your computer
