When creating a new event, add the conference room to the meeting location:
It will then automatically add the conference room to the required participants:
You’ll also need to make sure that you select to make it a “Teams Meeting”:
Making it a "Teams Meeting" will automatically add the required Teams Video call information:
Add whichever participants you need to add, and you're all set and booked!
Troubleshooting: Multiple Meeting Invitations
If you see multiple meeting invitations for the same Teams meeting in your calendar, don't be alarmed. This is a known issue with Microsoft Teams where conflicting edits can cause duplicate meeting invitations to appear. Microsoft will typically display a message about conflicting edits to the same item when this occurs.
