Video Conferencing Instructions
For Teams Meetings:

Power the TV on.

If you don’t see the Teams Room Splash Screen
, turn to input HDMI 3.

On the Yealink tablet, click “Join”
on your meeting
To share your screen:

Connect the USB C/HDMI cable to your computer.
For Zoom, Ring Central, any other video conferencing:

Connect both the USB cable and the USB C/HDMI cable to your computer.
Once your screen is mirrored on the TV, start your meeting in any video conferencing app.

Set your camera, mic, and speakers to use the Yealink system in the room instead of the ones on your laptop.
Need Additional Equipment?
If you need equipment like headphones for your meeting, contact your office support team as soon as possible. Explain your immediate need, and they can help you find a temporary solution or quickly arrange for the equipment to be provided. It's best to plan ahead and communicate your requirements in advance.
