Video Conferencing Instructions
For Teams Meetings:

Power the TV on.

If you don’t see the Teams Room Splash Screen
, turn to input HDMI 1.

On the Yealink tablet, click “Join”
on your meeting
To share your screen:

Connect the USB C/HDMI cable to your computer.
For Zoom, Ring Central, any other video conferencing:

Connect both the USB cable and the USB C/HDMI cable to your computer.
Once your screen is mirrored on the TV, start your meeting in any video conferencing app.

Set your camera, mic, and speakers to use the Yealink system in the room instead of the ones on your laptop.
For Airtame Wireless Presentation:

Ensure the TV is powered on and set to the correct input for the Airtame device.

Connect to the Airtame wireless network displayed on the TV screen.

Use the Airtame application on your computer to wirelessly present your screen.

For video conferencing, start your meeting application after connecting to Airtame.
