Troubleshooting Calendar Issues
If your calendars appear blank or are not updating properly, try these steps:
Restart your laptop or computer
-
Clear offline calendar items:
Right-click on the calendar folder
Select "Properties"
Click "Clear Offline Items" on the General tab
Close and reopen Outlook
Delete and re-add the calendars if needed
If issues persist, contact IT support as there might be a broader system-wide problem.
Outlook Showing Offline Status
If you see an exclamation point icon indicating Outlook is offline (even when your internet is working), this typically occurs when the application needs to re-verify your login information. To resolve this issue:
Try logging in to your Outlook account again
Restart Outlook
Check your network connection
This connection issue may prevent calendars from syncing properly until resolved.
