Google Chrome should be set as your default web browser. Though, when clicking on a link in Outlook, if it opens up in Edge, follow these steps:
Click:
1. File
2. Options
3. Advanced
4. Link Handling
5. Open hyper links from Outlook in: Choose Default Browser
